On Sunday, October 21 a tragic event occurred at Azana Salon and Spa in Brookfield, WI. A man walked into the salon where his wife and daughter were working and began to shoot, changing the course of the lives of everyone in the salon. The aftermath was that 3 amazing people are dead, 4 other people were hospitalized and a salons tranquility was violated.

On Monday, November 12 and Tuesday, November 13th team domani and our guests set out to raise money for the victims and their families. We wore purple and talked to each guest to raise awareness of domestic violence. Over 100 salons are participating in a purple ribbon campaign to raise awareness of domestic violence and to collect donations for the Azana Victims fund! Technicians donated a percentage of their gratuities and collected donations for the Azana Salon Victims fund.

Owner, Tricia Voigt then matched the amount to donate! These victims families need all of us as a community right now, please consider stopping by domani for the rest of November and December as we continue to raise money for a Watertown local family that was dramatically effected by this tragic event.
