policies:

gratuity

Gratuity is not mandatory.  However, it is always appreciated. Either way, we’re grateful you choose to let us take care of you & we appreciate your business!  Effective immediately, all gratuities can not be added to a debit card, credit card or check.  We ask if you’d like to leave a gratuity, that you bring cash for your service provider.  There will be envelopes at the guest service desk for your convenience if you’d like to leave your service provider anything.  We have also contracted an ATM that is available with a surchage if you choose & most of our service providers accept Venmo as a gratuity.

Please note- when scheduling three or more spa services, monthly spa promotions or groups of larger than three, a 20% gratuity will be added to the bill for added convenience at the point of sale.

arrival

If you are scheduled for a salon service, you may want to arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you are scheduled for a spa service, please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow you to prepare for your service. This time may also be used to allow your provider to gather information needed to customize your treatment.

spa quiet zone

We look forward to pampering you at your next spa service, giving you a piece of serenity!  We ask that all cell phones are turned off and left in spa locker or left in car for privacy & satisfaction of all guests in spa.  We appreciate your cooperation!

cancellations

Domani has a 24- hour cancellation policy, where a credit card guarantee is required.  If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, there is a 50% charge of services and if you unfotunately do not show- there is a 100% charge of services as we can not fill that time with other guests.

deposit

A credit card number or monetary deposit will be required to hold appointments for all services at domani salon and spa. Please contact a domani team member for details. We accept all major credit cards.

product return policy

All haircare products have a 30 day satisfacation guarantee.  Nt in love with your product- bring it back and we will help you exchange it for a product that would better suit your needs.  All skincare & makeup sales are final.  Most haircare hot tools have a one year manufacturer guarantee, hot tools fall into our 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
