as a cosmetology graduate from vici aveda institute in 2005, Tina has visited many avenues of the cosmetology field. Currently at domani, you will find her educating, coaching and managing both marketing and social media.
Reason Tina choose this career: I love the ability to open the doors of opportunity and growth for both guests and employees. Watching someone reach their unexpected potential is a beautiful thing.
Outside of domani you will find Tina playing with her dogs, hiking, playing disc golf with her son, spending time at their cabin up north Wisconsin in the woods or taking a weekend motorcycle trip with her husband! Her favorite place to getaway is the smokey mountains in Tennessee!

I started out at a young age of 15 in the restaurant industry as a busser and hostess. Then I was married at the age of 21 and became a server which worked well with being a stay at home mom and did that part time for 15 years. I took a break for 6 1/2 years and worked at Target Distribution Center and was in the receiving department. I left Target and went back to the restaurant industry and worked for the Weissgerber family. I was at the Golden Mast for 16 1/2 years. I started out as a banquet server for 1 1/2 years, then moved into bartending for 6 1/2 years and decided I wanted to be a FOH manager and did that for 8 1/2 years. Now I’m trying a very different career in customer service as a Front Desk Manager at Domani Salon and Spa. So excited for my new journey.

I enjoy a lot of fun things outside of work! Hiking, pickle ball, golf and spending time with my husband, that I’ve been married to for 32years!! We love dogs and have two Golden Retrievers, Oliver and Max.

when I was younger I would always go to the salon my aunt worked at. I would get facials and massages- I quickly realized how amazing I felt and the way it would change my mood. you will find me at the gym. I love running and boxing! I’ve accomplished many 5k’s, completed 12 half-marathons, 1 full marathon relay and was the 2011 & 2012 Wisconsin State Champion for my division through USA Boxing! I will always strive to do my absolute best!

the priority, no matter what the service, or stage of service- from opening the door and entering, through opening the door for a guest as they leave- that clients feel valued, important, special, cared and attended to as they should be
when not at domani, what will we find you doing
at my cabin in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with my family, friends & dogs… RZR riding the trails, on the pontoon boat on our little lake, sitting around the bonfire, curled up with a book by the fireplace and when the snow flies– riding the snowmobiles as much as humanly possible!
