gratuity
gratuity is not mandatory, change test, it is always appreciated. when scheduling three or more spa services or groups of larger than three, an 18% gratuity will be added to the bill for added convenience at the point of sale.
arrival
if you are scheduled for a salon service, you may want to arrive 5-10 minutes early. if you are scheduled for a spa service, please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow you to prepare for your service. this time may also be used to allow your provider to gather information needed to customize your treatment.
cancellations
clients not making appointment cancellations 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time or greater may be held accountable for payment of the scheduled service.
deposit
a credit card number or monetary deposit will be required to hold appointments for all groups, bridal parties, and salon and spa packages. please contact a domani team member for details. we accepts all major credit cards.
